Just looked at the BMI chart and I’ve gone from obesity to overweight. Although I do not agree with the “science” behind the BMI system it’s crazy to think that I’ve managed to change something that made me super insecure in front of my classmates last year. Although looking at myself I don’t think I’m super overweight, I just have leg muscles which the BMI doesn’t account for but I have no way to measure my body fat percentage
