Seriously, wtf? I thought that having Olive Garden would not be that bad, boy was I wrong. I am going to gain all my weight back! UGH!!!

NO. You will not gain all of your weight back!! Because you will naturally cut back, increase your exercise and your body is now a calorie burning machine!!! One meal out does not undo all the progress you have made. Very AWESOME progress I must say. Take a deep breath.

Just get right back on track and you will be fine. Drink extra water to because restaurant food has tons of sodium.

it depends on what you have at Olive Garden. Stay away from their bread sticks lol they are so good but so calorie/fat/carb dense
