👍it's a journey, not a sprint, although I also wish the weight loss would come faster, with more joy. I have found daily meal suggestions and prep on PINTEREST, keeping me on track a little better, prep giving me more free time with kids, for walks and bike riding. I have 27kg to lose, just beginning, fluctuating and adapting. All the best to you....like you, I can't wait to shop for new fitness clothes, for motivation and inspiration🌸🥳💪💪💪
