blegh. night shift be gone. it seriously gives me achs and pains. plus im up half the night thinking about food, sitting on my arse. then when i get home i dont feel like woring out and i dont get as much sleep. but dave and charlie are out of the house this arfternoon so ill try to get a bit of cleaning done and a bit of a work out. then bring on the weekend. not too many treats hopefully but maybe a few.
