night shift not good. free access to fridge full of sandwiches. those cute little ones cut into triangle with four flavors. and fruit cake. i know its not to everyones taste but i have a weekness for fruit cake. the good thing about this food diary is now i know fruit cake is suprisingly high in energy. therefore i can now avoide it a bit more than i did tonight.
