I did that flirty girl fitness yesterday and omg do i hurt today after that i also went for a walk which had to be about a mile and i still gained a pound today im figuring that its water weight of some sort from my sore muscles but i dont know i hope atleast. I always get stuck after like 10 pounds where i just takes forever to get past that weight i got stuck at 16.1,154.0, and now 144.6 I like hit a wall everytime
