Well lost 1.1 lbs. Better than gaining. Still going in the right direction anyway. Under 290 lbs! WOOOOHOOO! Less than 75 Lbs from my goal weight! Almost half of what I had to lose. This time that is. God I hope I can keep this up and keep off the weight this time. So many UPS and downs.
