slightly down, but not much... probably just daily fluctuations.
eating day yesterday went really well... only I had to close my eating window at 9 rather than 8-8.30 since my hubby was home late so we had to have dinner late. wasn't too bad.
overall feeling great :) i'm two kg away from my "good" weight, then not to far from the "better" weight, and hoping by the end of the year to reach "best"
Its nice to have these little goals along the way to help keep focused.
