It is my birthday today and I have lost 11 lbs so far. I am now where I was in August after I dieted for a few weeks in July. I can already see the difference and I feel so much better. I didn't work out the past two days to let my body rest and i think that was a good thing. But now I have to break back into my routine. I can't afford to sit around and fall back into old habits.
