I weighed in on April 2, 2014 when I went to my doctor for a checkup. I had not been weighed in over 12 days or so because the scales I use to use at a local gas station were taken away. Well I did not know how I was going to get weighed, since most all scales stop at 350 lbs. Even my doctor had scales that only went to 350 lbs. and they were the scales we all have been weighed on at the doctor's office, you know the type with the three sliding weights and it had to balance on the little red center line. Well my doctor had moved to another office and he had purchased a more up to date scale that would weigh 500 lbs. or so. I was so happy but scared at the same time to get weighed! I just got on the scales and BOOM, there it was showing the weight of 390 lbs. I was so happy and I felt such relief to see the weight coming down! I owe all my thanks to GOD almighty! I'm coming down baby!
