I need to vent.... Drill is tomorrow, I can never lose weight the week before drill. The impending drill is mentally stressful for me; I psych myself out because I know I'm not within regs and I hate it. I love myself other weeks of the month but the week before drill I mentally chastise myself over and over again. I'm seeing a chiropractor for neck and back (spine subluxation-that's what the doc say) and I can't exercise too strenuously until the erector spinae are stronger to support the "correct" alignment. Not being able to exercise as much as I want to frustrates me. And mom being here isn't helping either, she every tells me she's supporting me, but she also eats all the time and asks if I want some food eventhough I've told her 5 times already that I'm at my max calorie intake for the day. I am just frustrated with everything. I know I eat pretty darn healthy but the scale isn't moving!
