April 2nd - I am losing more weight then anyone would believe so I won't post how much. How? I eat 2,000 Calories a day - normally 4 tiny meals throughout the day. I eat less than 10 carbs - 18 in the most I have had in the past week. I drink a ton of water and if I have a craving I have a diet coke. Other things that really help me:
1. Hot Peppers to cut cravings 2. Pork Rinds for Crunch 3. Bacon and Eggs in the morning seems to hold me over 4. I always have cooked crock pot chicken - no carbs and tasty 5. I make all my own food and avoid anything sold by Atkins and NOTHING processed 6. I shop daily and only for the foods I am going to eat.
I do follow atkins closely but reduce the carbs to 10 and stay at 2,000 calories or less.
