I have been horrible for the last few weeks, life gets busy and this is the easiest thing to quit. I didn't quit the diet just being on here. And it shows my weight is up but I'm sure its water and not enough fiber if ya get my drift. Back on track now and gonna work hard mini goal of 206 by April 10th I think.
