Really in the mood for something sweet!!! Any suggestions?? Usually eating a weight watchers fudge bar does it but not today

I like fruit with light whip cream... don't know if that's something that might help? Did you find something?

Weight watchers sundaes are doing it for me. I like the cheesecake one. 130 calories I think.

I eet somthing sweet everyday but keep it small if i eat chocolate 2 blocks dont buy a big slab wat ever u buy as a treat buy small or i eat 60 g of nougat if I eat desert make sure it is not loaded with fat you can make a nice cheese cake treat with cottage chease just look on the internet replace sugar with sweetner dont make a big portion make a small portion in a nice glass. Frozen yogurt is a nice treat and low in calories buy a small container. Just remember to cout the cals. Look at my diet menu you will see I eat sweet stuf every day... Losing slower but I believe it will help me not to binge

I eat a fat bomb, the high amount of fat in there keeps me satisfied for a very long time, while still satisfying the sweet tooth. Check out my favorite meals to see recipes, or google fat bombs

what is a fat bomb, I ended up eating a little heresy's candy bar and still stayed under my 1400 calories a day. Thank you for all the advice I may try a few. As for the fiber one bars I have to be careful on how much fiber I eat due to having Gastro Paresis

a fat bomb is a small snack that is roughly 90% fat. The types I have made have been chocolate flavored (unsweetened cocoa pwd) and a mix of coconut oil and nut butters. I have made layered fat bombs with a coconut butter center (these were REALLY GOOD) and just a plain variety with almond butter mixed in with the coconut oil and butter. These bombs are sweetened with liquid stevia (I have used dark chocolate flavor and vanilla flavor).
