Well Today is not a great day. Not feeling well in a lot of pain that is a problem I have daily. Also having tooth pain so not a good day just taking my pain meds and staying in bed today. Hopefully going to start going to the gym on Monday and start swimming and doing water aerobics.
To my new buddies please be patient with me being sick all the time I am not always on the computer.

I do not have a scale yet so only getting weighted when I go to the doctors or the gym.

So sorry about the pain. Read your profile and you put me to shame. I herniated a lumbar disc 11 years ago and the pain and other side effects have changed my life. Still, compared to everything you've gone through, I feel humbled. I complain because I've put on 40 lbs. over those 11 years. This is the first time in those 11 years that I have managed to stay fairly active for 9 weeks to kick-start my weight loss. It's hard at times, and I wake up in pain every day, but I feel tremendously grateful. You have a hard few months ahead of you and I wish you fast healing and great results.

50 year old female, Crohns for 23 years, Lifetime meds, Surgery, Many dental issues due to Crohns...I have HUGE empathy for your situation. Wishing you better health, lots of energy, and may all of your days ahead be pain free :) "Wave Running" class, in the pool, has helped me in the past. Hopefully Monday will find you exploring in the gym!
