Dang! Right direction though, so I'll take it. All I read and hear says the last few pounds to the goal posts is the toughest. Guess we will see. Still got my eye set on 170 by July 1, birthday 73.
86.3 kg Lost so far: 22.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
