Well, officially down 30lbs now. Drinking so much water I think I am a fish! 35lbs to go, being told I was pre-diabetic was definitely the kick in the butt for me to do something. Now to lose another 35 lbs and I will be exactly where I want to be, hopefully by the end of the year.
