I have not been able to write in my journal for a few days, because afyter my workout, i have doctors appt, and testing. But I am good still maintaining that 14.8 miles a day. I am so glad to reach this level and stay there everyday. Even though my legs hurt, the walking helps some, but not a lot.Doctors say it takes time to rebuild my strength from the CHEMO and Radation. But it is what it is, I'm going to keepon walking. I am blessed. Thank you lord!!!!
