I traveled for work yesterday and was feeling tired and was going to take a nap with my daughter, but really wanted an afternoon workout too!
Well, instead of a nap I tried my new JM The biggest winner 2 DVD set I bought for 6 bucks! I did the frontal 30 min workout and was feeling good so I did the back workout too! Wow! what a workout! I am stoked because 2 months ago, I would have died doing 60 mins of JM, but today my muscles are tired and my triceps may be sore tomorrow, but I feel great! I am patting myself on the back! I can't wait to get up and workout tomorrow!
You are suppose to use a step, but my husband hasn't had a chance to make me one, so I did it without one. Since I used to teach step aerobics I know the modifications if you don't have a step or your knees can't take the step. I never thought I would ever use that information again, maybe it wasn't useless.
