I have been consistent with avoiding the mirror, the scale, exercise and watching what I eat for the last 70 days (I let life get in the way)
Guess what? My clothes are tighter, and the scale has gone up AGAIN.
I used pain in my heal as an excuse to not do the things I need to do to get in shape. Well, I took the recommendation of someone and believe I found a solution. I haven't had daily pain after one week of wearing this specific shoe insert !!! Score one for me !!!
I will not beat up on myself. I will work on changing my beliefs. Beliefs move you foward or keep you still.
I need to make it a habit.
