time poor today. i want to walk to the shops today but dont have time. also need to get ahead for the rest of the week. four days off have been nice but the long haul starts again tomorrow. just five days but i dont tend to get as much done. still im committed to keeping up the exercise. the house can get a bit messy. i say that now but i know what im actually like. i cant stand the house work not getting done. we shall see.
