I have been doing really well at eating under my calorie count. The only thing is I havent really exercised this week. Only twice. Hopefully the 1000 cal shave down helps with no exercise. I just havent felt like it much. It seems like I am having trouble getting to 1600 even. I'm gonna make myself though because eventually I'll get tired of eating all good stuff and I'll slip. This way I got some leaway. Tomorrow is my 300+ cal day and I plan on eating a nice piece of cake lol. Its my son's birthday. See Sundays..lol gotta make those my higer calorie day.
