Like I thought, it has gotten easier. One day at a time I suppose. Still no soda and I have been staying fairly close to my daily calorie intake. I have never done anything like this before and actually stuck with it. I must say, I am proud of myself! I'm kinda nervous but also excited about my weigh in tomorrow :)
