Getting ready to do some Zumba and my weighted hoop. Maybe I can get some biking in later today as well. I am still not ready for Insanity and think I will hold off on that till Monday and see how I feel then.
I was supposed to go to my sisters birthday party tonight but I am thinking I am going to stay in. Kids and I are still not 100% and I don't feel like dragging everyone out. I have been so tired this last week. I can tell I am out cold when I am sleeping at night but it just does not seem to have enough hours in the night to get me fully rested. I am sure it has to do with being sick as well.

I'm all for rest and recuperation! It's great that you can manage to get in the exercise you have even though you're not a 100% Just don't push it like I did b/c then you feel bad. As mom we sometimes forget that it's okay to say "no". So I'm actually impressed that you don't feel obligated to stretch yourself thin. We need to take care of ourselves!

I agree with dsylikm, rest is very important too. The scale doesn't have to go down all the time. You are doing great, listen to your body and feel yourself into the place you want to be. Have a good one skinny!
