Well I skipped my bike ride yesterday, but I am going to do it today. I normally dont ride on the weekends. But yesterday was busy all morning with kid stuff and I just cant stand going down there when my husband is home.. I feel like I dont ever get to see him as it is. Although he is home now.. but I am letting him sleep in so if I get my bike ride in now I will have it done before he even wakes up. My plans for today include cleaning 2 bathrooms and one powder room. :P not a pile of fun there but it must be done. We also have a birthday party to go to tomorrow and it kinda has me worked up. I have no idea what kind of food will be there and since I have found my resolve again.. I really dont want to have a calorie blow out on garbage food. So I am trying to figure out what I intend to do for myself as far as that goes. My weight was back up last monday so I did not record it (223) .. I am hoping that it will either be back to 220 but whatever it is I will record it and call it a day. I hope you all have a great weekend!
