Worked out today. I walked 14.8 miles.That was Wonderful to me I am on the right track. I really enjoyed my workout today. I am proud of myself. Thank you lord for giving me the strength, Its all in your hands even when the doctors sometimes don't understand that its not over until u say so Lord, Thank You Lord!!!!!!
