Hahaha hahaha...right ahead of Easter weekend. 🍴 Oh, well, I’ll feel good for today and deal with the consequences of the feast and chocolate later!

Yesterday I had a salad and lettuce wrap with turkey breast for lunch along with celery and a bit of dip, some all bran buds, good thins crackers, and a hard boiled egg for snacks. For dinner I had bruschetta chicken, salad, steamed sugar snap peas with a little Parmesan, and baked beans for dinner. A two pound drop is not typical for me. I don’t expect to maintain that weight even tomorrow, but I have been at a plateau for quite a while so maybe this is some built up good karma???
