when you start out, weight swings are tremendous, also it takes a few days to actually adjust and estimate your 'actual' weight, i have seen swings upto 2 lbs within a single day due to different time of weighing, water intake etc ppl often get excited initially which is all good, with time things start to normalize. u could drop 5/6 lbs within a week but its not sustainable or advisable. keep up the good work maghamayo.

it is possible nd also sustainable...two years back, i lost 5.6kgs in 10 days...use versatile vicky's egg diet...you will see difference...people have even lost 10kgs in 10 days with this diet...you people can also give that diet a try...

@noor 😅mja chota doubt ha egg diet se w8 drop hota ha koi Shak nhi but 🤔 kea fat loss hota ha? 5 6 Kg kam hony se zayada difference Nazar nhi aye ga but agr koi Fatti person egg diet kery with in weeks 15 20 Kg drop ker lah toh kea ☹️us ke skin latak nhi jayee gi? egg diet se skin patli hoti ha kea? or egg diet Maximum app 4 to 8 weeks tk ker lah gy? phir jb normal khany peeny se w8 gain nhi ho ga? 🤔 jb ap ne 2 Year phly ke thi toh noticekra skin slim ho ri ya wese e wese bss w8 drop ho raha? plz answer ☺

abu bakar ni hoga...normal khane se ni hoga...nd skin ni latkegi...agr latak gayi tu uski alag diets hen...pehly weightloss tu hojaye...bki phr maintain krna he wo hojata... jb maine kia tha 2 years back tb 10 days mn 5.6 nd bki dosri diet se 11 kg in total 40 days mn...jo k continue 1 year tak junk etc khane k bd slow slow barha tha...so agr bnda normal khata rahe tu thek he...bki overeating se kharab hojata

skin sahi thi koi loose ni hui thi...blke bht clear cut difference agya tha bcz evening ki green tea ki jaga maine inch loss tea use ki thi... nd abhi maine again wo start ki he...before ramzan socha thora krlun...so in 2 days i lost 2 kgs...is bar proper ki last time tu 10 days mn cheat bhi ki thi nd kafi chezain skip bhi

Calorie deficit it is!! I started off really strict, making sure that I take a low carb diet, however, as my body adjusted to the changes I went a little easy. No cheat meals at all. Whatever you eat shouldnt go beyond the targeted calorie intake, and keep reassessing your targets. I was at 1300cal intake when i started. At 1180 cal intake rn.
