this is going to be really hard for me. I have already ate way more than the allowed net carbs an I still have supper to go. I need to get a chart to carry with me on foods to eat. I don't have the money to buy all new foods for the house so I'll just have to do the best I can until I use up what I have and buy new.
I joined 3 challenges and did the first one today. Tomorrow I start a new one and Monday the 3rd one. It is a learning process for sure.

so I guess we are not suppose to be eating oatmeal???

If you are low carbing, no oatmeal. You could look at oatmeal-like recipes with chia seeds. I've seen people use that as an oatmeal - I myself don't care much for oatmeal so it's not a struggle not to eat it. If you are paleo, I know they do eat oatmeal.
