Starting to get back on track now, still down the 19 pre-cruise and 1 more due to the flu/cold, or whatever it was that I've been healing from.

Back to tracking food, water, exercise and keeping up with what I need to do. I'm interviewing caregivers today, so will have more time to write later. Wishing everyone a good week!!
