that is one of the really difficult part of covid and quarantine, the loss of choice. be gentle with yourself. although necessary, we were not meant to isolate so it is natural to feel out of control. it sounds like you are doing what you can. congratulate yourself for doing what exercise and healthy eating choice you can and for starting over each morning, afternoon and evening if that what it takes. may you hold yourself with kindness as you move through the day

Remember that all house work, hobbies and projects around the house are great for keeping your mind active so you don’t revert back to bad eating habits. Best part is the feeling of accomplishment when you get things done😊. However if you are having symptoms and don’t feel well just try to stick to healthy choices that help your immune system do it’s job. You are your worst enemy 😉 and nothing tastes as good as skinny!

I put one day as my cheat day per week, and I will be able to eat a bit ice cream or cookies, but most of time I follow my schedule

When I am craving something I eat it..hear me out. Would you rather have 5 healthy foods that are 500 cal or that mini chocolate bar you have been craving?

sounds like you're bored bro. find something to do that occupies your mind. if all your doing is thinking about food you're going to eat, so do something to keep your mind active.

Clear your cupboards of temptation and have a prepared low calorie snack

I find drinking a glass of water or a mug of tea helps when I’m feeling really snacky :) when I was quarantined I pretty much lived off of tea

Instead of thinking I'm out of control, I focus on being cool and in charge. I disengage from a hopeless mindset into a fierce one. We all need to be the hero in our own story and this is just mental magic for me. (It's just a passing moment that makes us think we're out of control anyhow.)
I like what TootsieT said too about water. Drinking water really helps get rid of fat. And it really can do the trick.
JamesJohnson98 is spot on too! A still mind is easily fooled into turning against itself. I am an artist, so I deeply focus on my work.
I'm doing exactly what Leoe478 is doing by having freeze-dried apple chips handy if I need a little tid-bit. 100 calories in a small chip bag without any guilt. Hope this helps.

I had my cheat day without calorie limits. I ate up all food I wanted. And the next day I found I lost my appetite and ate only eggs and vegetables all day.
I could get back on the track with this way.

Quarantine won’t last forever. Keeping up with your exercise as you have been doing is a great habit and will have an excellent long-term effect, so kudos for that!
Just keep doing the best you can with your diet. It will pay off! You will get back on track in time and will be so glad you didn’t give up during your rough patch!
We are all cheering for you!
