Cool!! Looks like I am back to loosing the weight. I am doing Wii fit 3 days a week and swimming 2 days a week and then on top of all that bike riding home 3 nights a week. I should be looking good when we go skiing in March.

Hi Ritsy, Thank you. Yes I am. My stepdaughter is too and she is not doing to bad either, although she did start speeding up eating and seemed to slow down loosing the weight. It's all good at the moment and I hope to keep it that way.

BLC77 - The Wii fit's are great fun. I can't be bothered going to the gym and pay to do fitness when you can have more fun at home. Let me know when you get one and we can compare scores once you get into it. We could all have mini competitions.

I have the Wii Fit and have tried some of the programs. I didn't really feel like it was a true workout, though. I KNOW it's meant to be, so I feel like I'm missing something... what are you using in the game, specifically?

Hi, I tend to use the hula hupe and beat my previous score each time and the running too. I don't use the step too much because it is not enough of a workout for me. I also went out a bought "my fitness trainer" which really gave me a workout and I have started using that in conjunction with the Wii fit game. The yoga and muscle exercises are pretty good depending on which ones you go for. Problem is I don't want to build muscle, therefore I would rather use the yoga.

thanks for the info... I'll have to check out "my fitness trainer" i really want something interactive to break up the usual dvd routine!
