I find it difficult to make some of the foods my children like without craving them myself. I went to my nephews birthday party yesterday and had pizza, cake and ice cream. I am now back to my normal eating habits, the 1200 cal/day. I still have had no pop and am proud of myself because that is my weakness. I pray that I'm able to stay strong and healthy for me and my kids!
