aku juga gini, kadang 3 hari baru poop, buat nyiasatinnya buahnya aku banyakin, biaasanya aku makan pepaya sedikit sekarang buahnya bisa setengah potong terus makanan yang lainnya kaya karbo gitu aku kurang kurangin.
