Stuck disini, sudah ideal sih utk tb 158 cm 😅 Mau di angka 49kg tapi perlu durasi olahraganya di tambah dan body fat masih tinggi juga sih 😅
53 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
