It’s interesting how one day a jump on the scale really discourages and upsets me while other days I can brush it off easily. In this case, I know I have made good nutritional choices and have kept to it below my RDI, so the number itself doesn’t seem reflective...just musing....

I'm the same way. It's weird. I had a nurse tell me, a long time ago, that our weight isn't reflective of today's or even yesterday's food intake. I dunno if I believe that, but it has stuck with me all these years.

I gained 2 pounds from yesterday morning to this morning. I hate to see it too, but I've also seen the reverse happen on other days. Try not to worry about it, as many things affect it: water and level of dehydration, food intake/output, muscle building, etc. Tomorrow is another day! 😁

Just a reminder from a nutritionist that you can lose fat and still go up in weight on the scale and vice versa. Don’t give up on diets or certain food because of what the scale tells you.
