Thank you to all who are supporting me. It’s very much appreciated. I’ve been off and on trying to lose weight over the past couple of years and kind of got stuck around 300lbs. About 5 or 6 weeks ago I gained 11lbs and weighed 311lbs. I felt fat, sick, and nearly dead. I was not feeling good at all. At that point, I said to myself... enough is enough and got my head right so I could start heading in the right direction. Once I put my mind to something I’m all in and full steam ahead. fast forward to 5 or 6 weeks later and I’m now down to 295.1lbs as of this morning. I can honestly say that I'm starting to feel much better after losing 16lbs so far. Everything I’m doing is simply all Diet and Exercise. There are no magic pills or gimmicks to lose weight. It’s ALL diet and exercise, Period! You have to want it, do it, and keep track of it all the time! I'm going to start posting some of the delicious meals that I've been preparing, maybe some of you might like to give them a try too. I know there are a lot of things people from the community post that I like to try too. There are some really delicious looking recipes out there on this app. I wish everyone the best on your own personal journey to lose weight and get healthy!
