Great workout!!!!! You know I never unstood what people mean, when they say love yourself. Well guess what!!!! I love myself, after everything I have went thru. I love me. Working out 5 days a week, and now swimming 2x a week. Children grown. It's all about me now.FIGHTING Cancer is no joke, but the lord has blessed me and I live everyday to the fullest.Thanks everyone for your support. I can do it.
