Well I finally braved the scale again today after the "splurge" on Sunday..not down but not up either :-). I've been reading other peoples stuff and it seems like alot of people are on some kind of plan along with counting calories..I kinda feel like I should be but for now I think I'll stick with what is working for me. Some days my calories are a little low but other days they are high - I really think as long as I'm not consistently really low it all balances out. Snacking really doesn't work that well for me, unless I'm at class I could swear that the whole time I'm in that classroom my heart is racing..maybe learning actually makes you burn more calories?? I'm really hoping to drop 2 more pounds this week in time for my Anniversary on Sunday, wish me luck :-)
