Masih pakai minyak 0,5 SDM.pakai garam 0,5 SDM juga.aku tetap masih makan semua itu.cuma dikurangi porsi nya..kalau ngk pakai minyak dan garam,bisa bisa hambat hidup ku kak..hhehehehe
