Weigh in tomorrow - hope I've done well but feeling bloated. Won't be discouraged as I know I've been motivated, exercising and eating right.

A little worried about the weekend. Heading camping which usually has lots of yummy food involved. Plus, it's my birthday weekend and friends are gonna join us to celebrate. I've already packed good food and my hiking boots so if I eat a bit more than usual, it won't be junk food and I can work off some of the calories.

This will count as my second week on FS where I've really been focused and logged in all my food. Thanks for all the encouragement - reading everyone's posts really does help! Have a good weekend everyone!
