Yesterday my husband decided to join in and do the 30day shred with me..lol. poor guy he is sore today. He was not expecting Jillian to kick his but. He did a lot better than me on my first day though.

It's an exercise program by Jillian Michaels.... from the Biggest Loser. It has three levels start at 1 and move on to the level 2 after 10 days then level 3 after 20 days.

no problem... the first few days are really hard... but trust me it gets easier...you get stronger!
