Packers won and are off to the Super Bowl! How great is that?
Did 1/2-day of a change in my foods. Am trying a single adjustment that I recently discovered and think will work. Will try for a week and if it does, I'll journal all the details. If not, I already have Plan B at the ready. Way past time to move into the 170's.

It won't be an earth-shattering revelation....more like a "I can't believe I've been so stupid!" Paula, all your great suggestions are my Plan B, but wanted to try this first. More in a week.
