Wonderful morning walked 8.1 miles and on point for eating. Thank u Lord for another day.

I Started at 165 and now, down to 153.60 as of this morning..it has be flutctuating between 153 and 152 but that just lets me know that it's working, pretty soon I'll will see the 151 and then onto my desired goal of 140. I have been trying so hard for seems like years, but walking, just walking, eating right, that was the key. No special diet or gimmicks. Keep on walking....and absolutely, thanking God for another day.
