I walk for 5.51 miles or 8.88 km today not bad it is -13 degrees outside the sidewalk have no snow so this was a good walk a little peeve not to have lost more weight but it is what it is. 😉
72.9 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
