This is one heck of a plateau. I was pretty sick last week and had to go to the hospital Thursday and Friday for GI problems. I didn't have much of an appetite as a result. Hoping now that I am feeling better that I will be able to start losing weight again. At least I haven't gained it all back I suppose.
