Yeah finally found something that works for me. Just plain ole counting calories and strength training. The real weigh in is on Tuesday, but decided to get on the scales today to see how I was doing.
148.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
