It's been a rough ride the last week and one party seemed to push me back over the two hundred mark plus some mindless comfort eating. I have been consistently walking in the morning and hitting the shower cold first thing in the morning and letting it warm up on it's own which has been very invigorating. I'm motivated to be more consistent with intermittent fasting and skipping breakfast on Friday and Saturday to reboot the system. Here's the view from my morning walks in Carlsbad.
