I like to experiment to find out what is right for me regarding weight loss,I have two numbers of calories that I am working with. I should not go below 1200 calories because my body may go into starvation mode and I can not go over 2000 calories because I will gain weight. Now these numbers need to be be understood, because I have found out that they can fool you!

When I eat 1200 calories a day, but eat 600 for breakfast and 300 for lunch and 300 for dinner I gained two lbs! I found out that my body uses 110 calories an hour.. so when I eat 400-600 calories for one meal, I will gain weight. So if you want to lose weight the way you must do it, is eat every couple of hours your calorie for those two hours or a little less. Then you will lose weight, you must lose weight because your body has to burn calories to function. Your body will not feel it is starving because you feed it every couple of hours.

The next thing that I found out is that my body doesn't care what type of calories I am eating to achieve 200, to use those calories. I know this because I ate things that were sweet for a couple of the 200 calorie feedings and I still lost weight. I eat good food most of the time, because my body needs these nutrients. I tested this theory about which foods made me lose weight, did it matter?

I also tested eating 300-350 every couple of hours to add up to 2000 calories because my body needed that much during the day and I gained weight, it was only a couple of lbs.

You may want to try and see what it is for you, you must have discipline, do not over eat during the day at anyone sitting or you will gain weight.
