Aku biasanya lari 4km an, lalu lanjut wo nya Chloe Ting + cool down 30 menit an. laluuuu.. akhir2 ini tidurku agak berantakan. bener sih turun BB, tp masa ototku turun 0.6kg.. definisi turun BB tapi malah sedih :((

Aq kadang sayang buat lari/jogging waktunya mending buat strenght training sejam dah mo meninggoy.
Tapi aq tetap usahain seminggu sekali jogging demi kewarasan batin biar gak stir crazy di dalam rumah terus huhuuu..

@lunabfq nah itu.. sejujurnya suka banget joging krn me time, hirup sejuk2, liat2 pohon, skaligus hiburan biar gak liat tembok mulu 😭 sekalian mampir ke pasar sih belanja sayur.. masih ngrasa "ada yg kurang nih, gk joging hari ini".. 🤧🤧
